Sepp Blatter has announced that a meeting of the FIFA Board will take place in October this year, to discuss the controversial idea of bringing video technology into football. A meeting was scheduled for July but did not take place after the fall out from the World Cup, when the speculation of the introduction of technology reached fever pitch.
