Both D.C. United and the Colorado Rapids have announced the signing of an academy player today.
D.C. added 18-year-old Conor Shanosky to a growing contingent of promoted academy players including Andy Najar and Bill Hamid. Shanosky will train with the first team, but cannot make his MLS debut until the 2011 season.
