Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed they have completed the signing of William Gallas on a free transfer.
The 33-year-old France international, who underwent a medical on Friday, has agreed terms on a one-year deal with an option to extend that further if both parties are happy.
Gallas has previously played with Chelsea and Arsenal in the Premier League - leaving the Gunners after a new contract was not agreed at the end of last season - and has now signed after finalising personal terms at White Hart Lane.
