Manchester United star Darren Fletcher has stated reaching the importance of reaching the 50-cap mark pales in comparison to Scotland reaching Euro 2012.
Fletcher, 26, is set to reach his half century of appearances in the qualifying match against minnows Liechtenstein. After winning almost every competition available at club level, the midfielder is yet to taste tournament action with his national team.
