Police may step up security when Wayne Rooney returns to Goodison Park on Saturday to face his former club Everton.
The Premier League clash will be his first appearance on the pitch in the UK since revelations about his affair with £1,200 a night vice girl Jenny Thompson.
Boyhood Evertonian Rooney has received abuse at Goodison from Blues’ fans ever since his £27million transfer to Old Trafford in 2004.
And the explicit details of his nights with the hooker will almost certainly be the subject of chants from the Everton faithful in Saturday’s lunch time kick-off.
