Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has dismissed suggestions that he has problems with new coach Jose Mourinho and is also confident that he can claim a starting berth in the team.
The France international striker was on target for los Blancos in their 3-0 win over Espanyol on Tuesday evening. It was Benzema's first league goal of the season.
There have been suggestions that the 22-year-old could be forced to leave the Bernabeu in search of regular playing time. Signed from Olympique Lyonnais in the summer of 2009 for €35 million, Benzema had a disappointing first season with the Spanish powerhouse and has started just one Liga match this term.
Honestly, I have no Idea. But, I guess he could be used better in another club.
