Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson digs deep for positives following derby defeat to Everton

Despite seeing Liverpool swept aside by Everton, Hodgson insisted he had seen enough to convince him that his team deserved considerably better.

“The second half was as good as I have seen a Liverpool team under my management play, that is for sure,” he said. “I think it was a very good second-half performance. Therefore I find it hard to accept there was no confidence in the team. We were camped out in their half of the field, camped out in their final third.

I am not that agree in his resyme of the match.
Its not good enough before they show a safe defensive play and shows good counter attack. For couple of years age a bad result was draw. Thats how it should be now to.
