Celtic’s strikeforce were in stunning from as Aberdeen succumbed to a heavy defeat at Celtic Park.
Strikers Anthony Stokes and Gary Hooper both grabbed a hat-trick as Celtic hit nine in an action-packed match that also saw a player from each side red-carded.
Stokes opened the scoring with a penalty after Aberdeen’s Paul Hartley handled in the box, an offence for which the Dons skipper was sent-off.
From then on, Aberdeen were understandably up against it, especially considering the potency of the home side’s attack.
