Arsenal are confident of tying up a deal for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay despite Real Madrid's late interest.

Manchester United will get him

kulka4912d ago

Again Liverpool would be his best option if he wants to play

The Hunter4912d ago

Thats only possible if Gerrard are leaving Liverpool ;)
But I think he dont want to go to Liverpool..

karim4912d ago

Yes Because they don't have enough strikers :P I would recommend playing Danni Pachecho (a youngster) very talented and he said he wants united

RedDevils4912d ago

why would Liverpool be best option

1. Liverpool is not challenging for Champion league
2. United Have space for him to play in the first team
3. United Season in season out will always play in the Champion League and always challenges for Silverware, even Steven defour denies any move to Liverpool but want to go to United instead

karim4912d ago

@reddevils In order to get him you need to sell some players I guess berbatov and The best is to get him at the summer so he won't be cup-tied

kulka4912d ago

Pacheco is very talented bright prospect I think we need a striker

karim4912d ago

Pachecho IS a striker

kulka4912d ago

I know but we need more expierenced striker Toress is injured a lot so too much responsibility would be put on this youngster

karim4912d ago

This is a risk Liverpool must make just like arsenal made Wilshere a regular and it's paying off

no_more_heroes4912d ago

cool. We don't really need him ATM since we have Fabregas, Nasri, Wilshere, Rosicky and Ramsey for that role, but since injuries have been by far our biggest enemy in recent years he could still play a role

GJ234911d ago

I agree with you. He would be on the bench a lot, the other players are much more talented

kulka4911d ago

he is good enough to play but arsenal mdfield is packed enough
