Italian and European champions Inter were held to a 1-1 draw by Lecce at the Stadio Via del Mare in Serie A on Wednesday evening.
Second-half substitute Diego Milito gave the Nerazzurri the lead deep in the second-half but moments later Ruben Olivera equalised to salvage a point for the home side.
Lecce were out of the blocks the quicker of the two sides as Olivera tried his luck from distance but Luca Castellazzi safely claimed the ball.
