Pennant happy to pen Potters deal

Stoke City winger Jermaine Pennant would like to remain at the Britannia Stadium on a permanent basis when his loan deal with the club runs out in January.

Pennant joined Stoke from Spanish side Real Zaragoza in August and has rediscovered some of the form that earned him a move to Liverpool in 2006.

The 27-year-old, who helped Stoke beat his former employers 2-0 on Saturday, has settled down at the Potters after a nomadic career that has taken him to nine different clubs.

He has been in pretty good form recently. Good move by Stoke

yup he used to play for Liverpool but was not good enough was very promising back in Arsenal few years ago but his careere developed slower than excepted

I remember him having a few good performances for Liverpool, but was dissapointing in the majority
