Bundesliga side Hamburg have received some disappointing news on the injury front in the build-up to the league match away to Hannover on Saturday afternoon.
Head coach Armin Veh will have to make do without the services of highly rated defender Joris Mathijsen when HSV take on the Rothosen as the Dutch international has picked up a serious ankle injury.
