Goalkeeper Petr Cech and striker Nicolas Anelka will be missing, while coach Carlo Ancelotti gives a first-ever start to teenage midfielder Josh McEachran.
The Blues are without injured John Terry (thigh); Frank Lampard (tendon), Yury Zhirkov (calf), John Mikel Obi (knee), Alex (knee) and Yossi Benayoun (Achilles).
Jeffrey Bruma will play alongside Branislav Ivanovic at the heart of the defence.
Chelsea have already qualified from Group F, in which the Slovakian champions have lost every game so far, scoring one goal.
