He is so gentle! The difference between him and the "stupid one" is that for Wenger it becomes a temptation- not an option.

maybe a little too gentle? Sometimes I feel Wenger is too soft on them. Sometimes with young players like the squad he has now, you need to drape them up by the scruff of the neck, look them dead in the eye and tell them, in a few choice words, to play better, or else. It certainly worked at Anfield last season.

You might have a point there, but still I am amazed how he build a team up on young players- they are top four year after year in the PL, spending almost nothing compared to their opponents. Fabregas was a nobody before he came to Wenger.
