Manchester United were a one-time takeover target for the leader of the Burmese military junta, a leaked document has revealed.
A cable sent from the US embassy in Rangoon to Washington was a further revelation from the whistleblowing website WikiLeaks, reprinted on the Guardian website.
So he doesn't help his country but thinks of buying a team for $1B....Imprison him :P
