I Miss My Family But Remain Committed To Manchester City - Carlos Tevez

Skipper reckons every dressing room has its own set of problems

Carlos Tevez admits that he misses his family, but understands that it is a "sacrifice" he has to make in order to play for Manchester City.

The 26-year-old forward has been playing outside Argentina since 2004, and his homesickness had at one point caused him to even consider quitting football completely.

However, the former West Ham marksman could yet see out the remainder of his contract at Eastlands, as he insists that he is still happy in Manchester.

"I miss my family like anyone in the world, but I am happy here in Manchester," Tevez told reporters. "It’s a few months since I have been able to see my daughters and it has been tough. It’s not easy for me living and breathing football all day while my little girls are in Buenos Aires.
