Speaking ahead of Arsenal’s forthcoming derby match against Chelsea, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has stated his belief that his men have nothing to be covetous of with regards to their near neighbours.
A lack of recent silverware has dogged the Emirates Stadium club, while the Blues are now widely perceived as being the supreme power in London. Wenger, however, believes the teams are on a par.
“Let’s say we look at the number of points they have and the number of points we have. We have nothing to envy,” he told the Gunners’ official website.
