BR: When it was announced that Gonzalo Higuaín, Real Madrid’s prolific goal scoring center forward, needed to undergo surgery for a herniated disc in his back, I was crushed. I know how much this injury hurts: I’ve been dealing with several herniated discs in my back for a year now, and I can’t imagine playing a professional sport in my condition. As the Argentine prepares to go under the knife for an operation that will leave los blancos striker-less for at least two months, Real Madrid and prolific head coach José Mourinho will have to think outside the box for an alternative.
I feel sorry for Real. Without Higuain, it's safe to say Real's title aspirations have been thrown out the window. There's no chance Benzema can do as much impact as Higuain.
P.s. I'm waiting for a comment from a certain somebody... I hope he doesn't go on the offensive this time...
