Guardiola is world's best coach - Messi

MADRID — Barcelona's Josep Guardiola is the world's best coach, the Spanish club's Argentine international Lionel Messi said Friday in a television interview.

"For me it is Guardiola, I think he has shown it. It does not just depend on winning titles, but also on how he makes a team play," the winger told Spanish public television TVE when asked who he felt was the world's best manager.

The story is too old to be commented.

Yes he is. Yes he is. The titles he won speak for themselves.

God_Of_Epicness4854d ago

With the team he had, even I would win all the titles he won. Imagine Ancelotti taking his place. Carlo would probably win more than Guardiola did.

Hapoel4854d ago

No, GoE, you prolly would not have won anything had u manage Barca in 2009. U need experience to be able to win things.

rafay4854d ago

Not the best...But makes it into the top five. Best would be Fergie.

MasterGuru4854d ago

I have to agree with you, I think. Always had massive respect for Fergie. It's just that he's too egoistic and he likes to be a hypocrite.

rafay4854d ago

Yeah but then there was a time when Ronaldo was the best footballer. Can't do anything about that. He's the best....

Hapoel4854d ago

Fergie is the best manager ever!
