According to a report in De Telegraaf, in contradiction to earlier reports, Eredivisie sides Ajax and Heerenveen did reach an agreement about the transfer of young attacker Bas Dost from Friesland to the Amsterdam ArenA.
The Amsterdam giants were desperate to land a new attacker on deadline day of the transfer window because of the departure of Luis Suarez to Liverpool and the Godenzonen had set their sights on the 21-year-old Dost.
