Arsenal have moved a step closer to snapping up long term target Mamadou Sakho after the PSG club admitted they were unable to fulfil the youngsters wage demands leaving the Ligue 1 club looking to cash in on the talented centre back.
Arsene Wenger will offer €15m (£12.7m) to sign the 20 year old in the summer and will offer the French international twice his current wage in a deal that the Gunners boss believes will be accepted by both the club and the player.
