If the Premier League was based on value for money for fans then Blackburn Rovers would be crowned champions and Arsenal would be relegated, according to a study released on Thursday.
The results place Arsenal – who have the most expensive minimum-priced season ticket in the league – at the bottom of the table, with Liverpool and Tottenham surprisingly close to the bottom three, while Blackburn comfortably provide season ticket holders with the biggest bang for their buck.
I thought people paid for the entertainment provided by their favorite teams. In this regard Arsenal must be rated number one, because of the class of football that they play. Arsenal games are usually packed at the Emirates, so that must mean that for Arsenal fans, they get what they pay for. On top of that they have access to one of the best, if not the best football stadium in England. Arsenal is still paying for it, which adds to the higher prices.
