Chelsea wages soar

"The figure for the year *ending June 2010* is revealed in Chelsea's full annual accounts lodged with Companies House on Friday and shows a significant increase on the previous year"

Those are the wages when they were STILL with the club.
Ballack 100K a week = close to 4.8M a year
Deco more than 70K a week = more than 2m a year
Joe Cole 80K a week = more than 3M a year (I think!)
Belletti don't know how much
Carvallho = 120K a week = MORE than 5.5M a year
We're saving like 17.5 M a year and this year there WILL be a summer clear-out for the likes of Paulo Ferreira - Hilario EVEN DROGBA !
