FA to investigate crowd trouble at West Bromwich Albion and Millwall

The Football Association has confirmed it is investigating the crowd trouble that marred the Black Country derby and Middlesbrough's win at Millwall.

The Premier League encounter between West Bromwich Albion and Wolves was overshadowed by trouble which started when a smoke bomb was thrown from the visiting fans' section into the home crowd.
