Real Madrid are considering summer moves for Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas and Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney.
Club president Florentino Perez has refused to rule out an approach for the Premier League stars and after their blockbusting £80m deal for Cristiano Ronaldo two summers ago, an equally ambitious swoop cannot be dismissed. However, Perez has stopped short of openly courting the pair.
“Cesc Fabregas and Wayne Rooney? When the season is over, we’ll talk to the coach and see what the system needs,” Perez told Goal.com
