Mourinho. He wants to be at a club where the manager calls the shots and he understands that is our culture at Man Utd.

I don't think he would join ManU. He loves Chelsea too much to do that. I think realistically Guardiola will be the next manU manager. He succeeded with Barca already, and I'm sure now he wants to advance his career in England.
