The 2009-10 campaign was arguably the most successful season in the career of Netherlands international Mark van Bommel. The holding midfielder not only won the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal with Bayern Munich, but he also reached the Champions League final with the Bavarians. To make things even better, the experienced midfielder made it to the final of the 2010 World Cup with Holland.
