Brazil attacker Neymar has done a u-turn by insisting that he wishes to remain at Santos, instead of making a move to Chelsea.
The 19-year-old impressed in his maiden performance in England when he bagged a brace in his country's victory over Scotland at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

I think it's best if he stays at Brazil, maybe he's looking an offer from the spanish champions :)
Just wait till he gets an offer with higher wages. He'll be on a plane straight away. Brazil might be better for his development though
