Dutch international Kevin Strootman could be on his way out of Utrecht in the summer as Premier League outfit Fulham are interested in snapping up the young midfielder, according to AD.
The 21-year-old has caught the attention of the London club after scouts watched him in action during Utrecht's loss to ADO Den Haag on Sunday.
