Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho will wait until after Monday's training session to see if Cristiano Ronaldo is fit to face Tottenham on Tuesday.
Ronaldo had been a major doubt for the Champions League quarter-final first leg after suffering a hamstring injury against Atletico Madrid a fortnight ago but Mourinho hinted after Saturday's home defeat to Sporting Gijon that he could risk the Portugal international against Spurs.
Speaking at Monday's pre-match press conference, Mourinho said of Ronaldo's possible participation: "I don't know. We will have to wait a little. After training we will have the list of those players who will play. If I was sure I would be able to tell you. At 5pm (local time) you will have the list."
Mourinho did reveal that in-form striker Karim Benzema would not be involved though, while Angel Di Maria and Marcelo were also fitness question marks.
Benzema is a huge loss for real so if they loose ronaldo...
