I think they're going to try and sign Andre Vilas-Boas from Porto. They won the portuguese league undefeated and are 4-1 up on Spartak Moscow, 9-2 on aggregate, as I type this. All this in his first season.

Everyone would have their eyes on him, Inter.. bayern.. City(if mancini fails to land the 4th spot).. Chelsea(if carlo goes), they all need a top-quality manager.
