United allowed four goals in its second straight match, losing 4-1 to Houston to push its losing streak to three games across all competitions. D.C. dropped its previous MLS match 4-0 to Red Bull New York, and lost in the U.S. Open Cup to the New England Revolution, 3-2, in between.
