Great signing! 6m bargain! If Torres is worth 50m then surely Chicharito is now worth more. He has age and soon to be trophies on his side.

I just hope in the summer people don't go mad for a big name signing because as we have shown with Chicharito and Smalling we don't need them.

Really.. Chicharito is more than 50m, tell me even one club that wud buy him for 50m, ManU won't even buy him for 50m.. even City won't even buy him if they win 50m in lottery (they like players such as BALOTELLI).. Joke.. Yeah he's playing better than any striker in EPL, next year wud be really challenging for him.

We all agree on that, but don't go posting some BS.

I know why Pele is comparing Hernandez to Messi, coz he's trying to make ppl think that their are other players who are equal to Messi, BIG NO, THEIR ISN'T!

zootang4066d ago (Edited 4066d ago )

Yeah.... especially when you consider injury prone Andy Carrol went for 35m and he wasn't even the top scorer in the Championship last year. Go back to dreaming winning the title.
You don't know what you are talking about and it has been proven over the course of this season. You are just a dreamer. 19.

I would take Hernandez over any striker in the world right now, his goals have been just priceless and he plays with so much passion. He's still got room for improvement but I won't say he'll become better than Messi. Messi is from another planet.

you'll see next season what Carroll and Suarez can do and Liverpool are curently playing best football in the league under Dalglish next season with few transfers we can win the league

Sahil4066d ago (Edited 4066d ago )

"Go back to dreaming winning the title."

It's not a dream anymore, for so many years we were on the backseat, coz of our shitty owners!

"You are just a dreamer."

You don't have dreams, you don't have wishes, Oh Poor you!

zootang4066d ago (Edited 4066d ago )

Yeah realistic dreams that can be accomplished. Unlike yourself with dreams of granduer. Don't talk about it until it's actually happened because all you are doing is talking and we have heard it all for the last 15 years and it is getting tired. You blame YOUR owners, lol.

Another scousce dreamer. Talking all that TALK. I'd be more worried about replacing Carra and Gerrard because they look past it. Oh.. and you see this season!

@Zootang how are Manchester going to replace Giggs, scholes, Van der sar and Ferguson?
and I doubt your owners will give you much money same thing as happened at Liverpool wish you a happy journey down hill

zootang4066d ago

Managers are linning up to replace Fergie when he retires in about 6 years. Giggs and Scholes are already being replaced by Fergie and I think he knows what he is doing. So no need for us to worry about that. Van Der Sar will be missed but we already have keepers lined up to replace him and we won't make the same mistake as we did when Schmeichel left us.

We hear this every year from you lot. As always, time will tell!

Dude.. if you have a problem with dreams and dreaming, YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH LIFE!

Sort yourself out, my two cents :)

Can be next Messi?? They play different positions for a starter and play a different game completely. Messi is flash and can run around several players to score a goal where as Hernandez is becoming the master of the offside trap. I don't think he will score as many goals next season either personally if Rooney stays.

I don't know if he can be the next messi. I'm sure is that he can be the next Ronaldo "O Fenomeno".

Corepred44066d ago

Messi is so overrated lmao. and its not that great of a compliment knowing that Pele considers himself to still be better than both CR7 and messi.

zeddy4066d ago (Edited 4066d ago )

messi and ronaldo are from a different planet nobody can keep up with their goals. hernandez wil be a 20+ goal a season player and im good with that.

Vherostar4066d ago

I feel pretty much the same though not happy lol. He won't light the world on fire but he gets the job done. Lets see if he can do in in consecutive seasons eh?
