Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes has denied spying on Barcelona for Real Madrid.
Mendes, who represents both Madrid coach Jose Mourinho and forward Cristiano Ronaldo, has been accused of hiring spies to monitor the transfer activity of Barca coach Pep Guardiola and sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta, on behalf of the capital city club, with a view to hiking up the prices of the Catalan club’s transfer targets this summer.
