Chelsea make £22m bid for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luka Modric

35ml is best deal for him, he got like 5 years contract plus he is one of the best players in his position as well as his consistence performance from last season that price Chelsea bid is a complete joke especially when you look at how inflate the market is
