UEFA president Michel Platini has taken a swipe at clubs who are under foreign ownership, and in particular Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain, stating he would rather see teams remain true to their national identity.
The capital club last month confirmed 70 per cent equity had been sold to a Qatari investment fund by American group Colony Capital, who retained a 30 percent stake in the club.
UEFA is a Swiss based organisation, while Platini is French.
