Talented starlet Neymar has revealed his opinion that Lionel Messi is the best player in the world, and added that he dreams of playing Champions League football one day.
The 19-year-old Brazil international is continually being linked with sides such as Chelsea, Juventus and Real Madrid, with the latter allegedly launching a €41m bid for the player, but he is not expected to make a decision on his future until after the Copa America in July.
