Blackburn Rovers are reportedly preparing to break their club-record transfer fee with a €13.5 million bid for Freiburg front-man Papiss Cisse.
The Mirror report that manager Steve Kean hopes to add the 26-year-old to his striking options with the German top-flight club willing to listen to offers.
