Getafe president Angel Torres has flown to Dubai to hold talks with the club's new owners, the Royal Emirates Group, to discuss the transfer budget for the 2011-12 season, Goal.com can exclusively reveal.
Torres travelled to the United Arab Emirates from Madrid on Friday afternoon and has been holding talks with the wealthy investors throughout Saturday.
