Suarez underlines Reds title aim

Luis Suarez claims Liverpool's squad is now strong enough to compete for the Premier League title - and has hailed Kenny Dalglish's influence.

The Reds spent heavily to secure the services of Stewart Downing and Charlie Adam in the summer and manager Dalglish will be hoping to build on the decent finish to last season.

same talk every year. he really shouldnt be getting liverpool supporters hopes up like that.
i mean every season or so, they have players who make this statement. and every year they don't win it.
when they had alonso, gerrard, torres, etc they said the same thing.

no worries we will win it it takes time to rebuild a club but I think we are going in the right direction and will soon challange United

Man United were able to build up 4 teams in that time. each one successful. both in Europe and in England.

Liverpool should just face facts that they are no longer the great club they once were and move on with their lives.

Well United had some factors helping them like huge revenue and investment while Liverpool had to sell to buy oce you fall out from the top it is really hard to return but with the new owners we will be back and we will win trophies
