Wigan have confirmed the signing of David Jones on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract at Wolves.
Jones’ deal ended at the end of June and had spent much of this pre-season on trial at the DW Stadium, appearing in Wigan’s recent friendly win against Preston North End.
