Japan international Yuto Nagatomo has decided against an operation on his dislocated right shoulder after consulting a specialist in Hiroshima.
The 24-year-old full-back sustained the injury in Saturday's friendly clash between Inter and Celtic in Dublin where he was forced off the pitch early on.
