Fabregas is Barca's future. He isn't signing for just a season or two, but for many years and perhaps his entire career. More depth in the squad is never a bad thing, especially now that Real Madrid are going to be an even bigger threat this season.
Smart move by Barca imo. He will improve a lot with the talent around him and under Guardiola.
