Reports emanating from England suggest that Juventus are ready to do battle with Chelsea for the services of Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.
Earlier this month, Higuain was identified as an ideal signing for Chelsea, who are looking for a long-term successor to the ageing Didier Drogba.
