Manchester City was humbled by a 1-0 defeat at Swansea City. For the first time since the beginning of the season, City lacked their usual control and dynamic play as David Silva and Samri Nasri were almost invisible in midfield which they controlled through out the season. Mario Balotelli, Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko failed to spark the visitors into life as they barely threatened the goal of Swansea City shot stopper, Vorm.
