Dutch newspaper De Telegraph is reporting Tottenham are bidding to steal Arsenal transfer target Jan Vertonghen out from under Arsene Wenger's nose.
Wednesday's report claims the Ajax defender's agent has confirmed talks are underway between the two clubs on a deal that would cost Spurs just over $11 million (US).
