Pedro himself, whose contract expires in June 2016, did not rule out a transfer at the end of the season.

“I still haven't taken my final decision,” he said in an interview with Spanish radio Onda Cero. “I want to finish the season at my best and then I'll see what the future has in store for me.

“Of course nobody feels good being kept on the margins, and it's normal that there should be talk of my departure.”

The 27-year-old right-winger has 10 goals in 37 official games for Barcelona this season, but many were brief substitute appearances.
