Everton 0-3 Manchester United: Van Gaal a 'happy coach'

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is delighted with his side's reaction to last week's defeat at Arsenal after they beat Everton 3-0 at Goodison Park.

United took all three points courtesy of goals from Morgan Schneiderlin, Ander Herrera and Everton old boy Wayne Rooney.

Rooney's 187th Premier League goal puts him joint-second on the all-time scoring list alongside Andrew Cole, with Alan Shearer still on top with 260.
