Liverpool star Daniel Sturridge has dropped a massive hint on Instagram that he’s keen for Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to join him at Anfield this summer.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has managed 20 goals in 194 appearances for the Gunners since his switch from Southampton back in 2011 but the 23-year-old winger is reportedly open to the idea of moving to Liverpool ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.

It’s understood the Englishman has rejected a significant pay rise at Arsenal this summer and Jurgen Klopp is growing increasingly confident of landing his target in the coming months.

Reds forward Sturridge, who knows Oxlade-Chamberlain very well from their time together with England, appears to have sent a message to Klopp on social media.

The striker ‘liked’ an Instagram post which reads: ‘So you coming to Liverpool, Alex? Would be a smart move lad.’

Arsenal are believed to be demanding a fee of around £25million for Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Both Manchester City and Chelsea have also expressed a strong interest in the ex-Southampton man in recent weeks.
