Liverpool are tracking Napoli attacker Ezequiel Lavezzi.
Leggo says Napoli fear Liverpool will bid for the Argentina international at the end of the season.
Lavezzi has been outstanding this term, helping Napoli into second place in the Serie A standings.
The attacking midfielder earns less than €2 million-a-year at Napoli and Liverpool are willing to better that by over a €1 million-a-year to bring him to Anfield in the summer.
